...

There is a special place in Hell for the drivers who pause to look at an accident that happened on the other side of a bisected highway.

Is this the end of your honeymoon with the parway?

How did you know it was an accident if YOU didn't look?

No, it was on the highway. And come on, Lucky! It is not hard to pick out a mazillion flashing ambulance and police lights and an absolute lack of movement from the traffic on the other side of the hwy, even going 80, er, I mean 55 mph.

Is that the same special place in Hell for drivers that stop to ask for directions during a traffic stop and a ticket is being issued... or how about the times when directing traffic and people stop to ask whats going on or how can they get to someplace they are trying to get to from here because they only know ONE way and that street is now closed for some reason.... or the people that like to just STOP RIGHT WHERE THEY ARE when they see a police car coming up behind them with the emergency lights on, its simple people - yield to the right and the cop will pass on the left

Sorry for the rant - you touched a nerve with this one

The time is off because I have blogger beta and DCblogs wants me to to use GMT. I dunno. I should just change it back to the accurate time on my blog. Who cares what time DCBlogs thinks I wrote it, right?
