Thanks to you guys and my sister and mum for joining me in Boston. Thanks also to you five, and all the rest of my friends who had to sit trhough boring and unending diatribes on Hu Yaobang, fractals and the music of the Holocaust. Thanks for not getting mad when I sat at home procrastinating a big paper rather than go out. Thanks for pushing me to finish the degree. Thanks for making me feel smart. Thanks for never making me feel stupid. Thanks for all the cheers on the A's and the "suck it up's" on the A-'s. Thanks for going through the process with me, Rich. Thanks. A million times Thanks.
Congratulations! For following through with what we'd thrown out there as something we should have done before but hadn't committed to, for staying up and writing the papers you blogged about, missing out on social events because you wanted to get things done and prove to yourself (above anyone else) that you could do this. You've done something that most think to do but don't follow through with (looking at myself right about now). You kicked ass. So proud of you and so excited in just seeing this pic! Look at you, the proud grad and her proud girls.
You look BEAUTIFUL and PROUD and I am so happy for you!!! I am so happy for you and so glad I got to talk to you!!! I can't wait to celebrate with you!!!!!! YOU DID IT!!!!
